weird pseudo behavior?

well i just tried to feed by brittlestar a piece of Krill and of course my purple pseudo stole it.:mad2: He then took it and dragged it clear across the tank and put it under a rock. I tried to get it back but he took it again and put it back under a rock. Is this normal pseudo behavior or does he think he is an underwater squirrel?:confused:

alot of fish will do this. Mt clown grabs food and hides it under a rock in a cave.......I guess for later:rolleyes:
