Yeah, it was I used for my DSB... before Southtown was a well-known alternative. It cost me about $1/lb to have it shipped to CA.... but the benefits have been worth every penny. FWIW my new tank will be setup with Southdown.. if its available its just as good. But if its not ESV is good stuff.
