I have two very large (about 5 in. diameter) sand sifting starfish that I now need to sell or trade :(. I got them from a friend about 5 months ago, when my tank was first set up. Since I don't currently have any hemits, they were great to have because they did an awesome job keeping the top layers of my sand bed stirred. However they also do a great job of depressing coepod populations in the sand bed, and unfortunately they are depleting the live goodies that my new mandarin is dependent upon. They would be great additions to tanks where hermits could not be used, like those containing predatory fish.
I'd like to get $15 for each or a cool frag (or two) or a false percula clown. Just let me know what you have to trade:)
I've also got 4 green star polyp frags (averaging an inch long and dense with polyps) that I'd like to sell or trade as well.
