I got worms!

I turned off the light to my tanks and sat down on the sofa for like fifteen minutes. I looked in my 29 reef and saw a very bizarre worm! I have never seen anything like this! It was the size of a pencil, smooth skinned and had the head of a leech! What the heck is it? Any ideas. Should I hunt it down? Is it good or bad I have no idea.

It is moving just beneath the sands surface. I can see where its sliding along. As it stretches it gets real thin and gets fat alternatively. What is it?
