How Much Pump Circulation/Flow

I have been searching this, but haven't really found what I am looking for ? .. how much flow should an LTA receive ?Does it matter? will it just move ? Do they like high flow areas ? or should the powerhead output be diffused ?

They like high water flow, but not being blasted directly with a powerhead. I have had the best results aiming a powerhead towards the glass so the flow bounces off and spreads out over the anemone.

If that makes any sense.
