Just wondering if there is any reason why the orange-red ones are all in the sand bed and the yellow ones are all in the rocks. Here's a few of the yellow ones on the glass, also they are the only ones I see move around.

Hi Debi,

I would guess the two species prefer the different habitats.

LOL! A no brainer huh? I thought they were just different colors, not species. :D

Not necessarily, but in this case they are different species.

As you know, I harp a lot on the fact that color is generally not a good criterion to distinguish a lot of inverts, (crabs change color at molts, snails can change shell colors with different foods, etc), however once you get to know a small select group, color may turn out to be useful.
