Dissapering act trick?

My BTA has dissapeared? I looked around the tank to see if it crawled out but nothing. He was at the top of my tank then slowly moving downword went to bed and havent seen him since. I have lots of rock so he might be hiding but is this normal?

yes we need the answer to Sean's answers to discover what the cause for it to move is but for anemones that are unhappy, hiding in the rocks seems to be their favorite past time.
