my torch that i've had for over a year just started looking bad two days ago. first it shrunk into the skeleton and now today one of the two heads has almost completely melted. i cant cut it off because it has not totally divided from the original yet. my parameters are all normal, and all my other LPS look great. HELP!!! what can i do?

PS. this is a 7g nano and i don't have a hospital tank or anything so i'm limited to what i can do in the tank.

OK, you can't remove dying tissue, can't move the coral, and have only one polyp left and its not divided from the affected one? I'd say your in trouble. I'd maybe try a Lugol's dip amd do a 5 gallon water change and cross your fingers and toes. So, you say all your other LPS are doing fine...how many other LPS corals can you fit in a 7 gallon tank?
