White spots on live rock........Help please

Hello, Im new the the board and I have a big question. I have my tank since oct. The saltinity is 1.024, everything is 0 execpt nittrate 10. No for the question, My live rock is and some of my concret rock has this little white spots on top. The look and are the size of sesamie seeds. they dont look like the corilne is turning white, just spots on top. So dose n e one else know what this is?

Can you post a picture?
It could be many different things.
I had some white spots with little red and green dots on it and was told it was a type of algae. I can't say that it was a positive ID but it shows up now and then and hasn't caused a problem.

Are they spiral shaped?
