i had a friend find this membership sign up form online.do you need to fill it out and send in money or is it best to wait and go to a meeting first?

Since you already plan on coming to the next meeting anyway, I would just pay then and fill out the form at the meeting. Talk to Jon, Naomi, or Milton. They will take care of you. - R
