Old sand

I have some old southdown sand that has been sitting in a bucket for about a year (however, it doesn't smell to bad). I have some new southdown sand but not enough for 3-4 DSB. I was wondering it I rinsed the old sand could I use it again or am I better off just tossing it.

Hi,

It is probably fine, but why chance it. Sand is cheap relative to the animals' costs. If it was my sand, I would pitch it.
