enough light?

I want to get a carpet anemone soon. Do you think 440Watts VHO over a 60 gal is enough light? I do have a 4.5" DSB so the light would be about 16-17" from the sand bed.

Sounds plenty to me. I have 380watts of VHO's over my 55gal and my carpet went into light shock for two weeks after I brought it home from my LFS. He's doing great now.
