how do you know when an anemone has outgrown your tank?

Can anyone tell me what signs there are when it is time to move an anemone out of a tank because it has outgrown it? My anemones are fairly large, and I want to be prepared when it is time for them to go.

it's really your descision unless it's squeezed against the sides.
most move them because they want more room for other things or the anemone is touching and stinging things they dont want it to.
