maybe a litte white but it can definetly get better because it's not looking that bad. feed it a lot so it can regain the symbiotic algae within it's tissue. BTW have you seen this anemone http://www.sparklingfloorservice.com/tank/bta.html

It's mevel's here from reef central. just to give an example of good color.

It looks heathy to me but it kind of looks like a sebae anemone. Where did you buy it at.
