Last week I lost my flame angel to something (I believe it now to be a secondary bacterial infections). Today I noticed that each of my fish have something strange going on. My percula clown has a very small "thing" almost like a flap of skin or something on it lower lip (everything else fine). My royal gramma has some discoloration on its tail (instead of it being clean and clear yellow it has a very splotches that are solid (not clear). They are not white, however. My green chormis has the same sort of solid patch on his upper fin. I've tested pH (8.2), ammonia, nitrites & nitrates (0), temperature 80 degrees, calcium 450, salinity 1.024. I fear that these problems stem from my angel that died. Everyone is still eating very well. I haven't seen any of them twitching, scraping on rocks, or breathing rapidly. The royal gramma is difficult to assess because he loves his cave. Any suggestions?

Also, all of my corals are doing very well. Leathers, candy coral, discoma, polyps.
