Pearly jawfish problem

My pearly jawfish has a small "bump" on one side of his stomach. It protrudes out just far enough to be noticable. Any ideas on what this could be, and what I should do about it, if anything? This bump has been there for at least two weeks and my pearly looks, acts, and eats normally. TIA for your responses.

Anyone have any ideas? Should I post this in another forum perhaps?

If he's eating and acting ok, I'd leave him be but keep a close eye on him.
If the bump starts looking red or getting larger I'd take him out and put him in a hospital tank with a pvc pipe and treat with proper medicine.
