What is the relative condition of the Tsunami and PH Meter? If they are both in good working order I will take both of them. I live in Orlando and would have to find time to come out and get the items. Are you an ORCA member?

Robert,

I'm interested in the HOB protein skimmer for $40. Does it come with a pump already? - R

George, The tsunami is in good condition and has worked perfect. I believe it's missing the night sensor that shuts off pumps for nightime, but I may be able to find it. The Ph meter was made in 1998 and the probe works fine, but has a few of the plastic guards that surround the "bubble" sensor cracked. I've got some calibration fluids and would be happy to calibrate it to be 100%sure about it, but it seems fine. It's about 2 years age on probe. Your welcome to make offer and realize what a new probe would cost. I've wanted to join Orlando club, but living at coast it's harder to make it.

Richo, It's including pump, surface skimmer, bubble trap. It's the rio pump that comes from factory. Let me know and I'll hold it until you can get over. Thanks, Rob.

Haven't heard back from anyone regarding above items. Got e-mail from Richard and I've e-mailed you back regarding bak pak. All else still for sale. Thanks, Rob.

It's in decent enough condition and I believe it will work fine on a smaller tank. Originally, it was run on a75g and that was pushing it. Ran it on my 58 and worked better. Guess the eheim's worth 30, so it seems like a deal to me. Let me know and it's yours. Thanks, Rob.

Added to list: 30 gallon all glass tank and oceanic ponderosa pine stand. Tank has some scatches, but would make a fine quarantine set up. $50.00.

Do you still have the Euroreef cs6-1 for sale?

Robert Hoeck
02/17/2003, 08:32 AM
Still got euroreef, cleaned and ready to go.

Robert Hoeck
02/17/2003, 11:51 AM
I'm willing to make the drive to deliver if we can get a few more things sold to make it worthwhile. So, make some offers on stuff, but please be reasonable as stuff is priced pretty fair. Especially intrested in hearing what a 58RR Oceanic tank and oak stand are worth on the used market. The Euroreef cs6-1 is normally $300 new and I'll give free delivery to Orlando area to save shipping cost. Take care, Rob.

I have a remedial question. The tsunami is basically a timer that turns pumps off and on, correct? Do you still have it? I've been thinking I need something on that line.

Right, it has outlets for 3 power heads and outlet for the main pump, too. There are dials on front of unit to adjust the cycle of the powerheads. Also, there is a button to stop the main pump to allow "feeding mode" and that too has a dial to adjust timing. Finally, there is a sensor that can be mounted near your lights to allow it to slow the flow at night when your main lights go off. Champion lighting sells it for 10$ on their web site. Hope this helps and check out that web site for a picture.

Does the Euroreef come with a pump? Any idea on shipping costs to the Atlanta area?

Robert Hoeck
02/17/2003, 07:13 PM
Sent you PM and it includes everything to go into your sump and start skimming. I'd imagine your shipping will be right at 25-30$. If not, I'll cover difference. Just let me know, Rob.

Are these basically the same thing?

Robert Hoeck
02/19/2003, 09:30 AM
Still for sale: 58 tank/stand,250hqi pendent,Tsunami wave maker, Natural Wave Timer(wavemaker),Eheim1060,custom sealife 36"ABS hood 96 watt compacts,Euroreef cs6-1 protein skimmer, about 12 (mostly maxi Jet) powerheads 1200/600. Think that's most of it.

I'm deciding shipping is a pain and prefer to sell local only. Make offer and I'll plan a Saturday/Sunday drive to Orlando area with enough sales to make it worth while. Hope this helps!

FishyRen,

My experience with Rob is that he has been straight up and honest. He has to deal with people saying they want something and never coming through. If there was a problem, it was probably a miscommunication. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you.

Paul

Fishy_ren, I'm sorry your disappointed, but I had multiple people inquiring and took the questions in order and sold to the first person that agreed to sending a money order. There were many people who expressed intrest and didn't want to send a money order. Once again, sorry for any misunderstanding. Robert

Likewise, Paul and Teo. Hope we can plan a dive sometime soon. At least if I can't have a reef in my living room an ocean dive would help.
