hi i was just wondering as i looked through my free ads paper some 1 was selling 150w metal halide floodlight is it possible to use this 4 a reef tank i mainly asked becuse it doesnt come witha bulb so could i just buy a marine one and hook it up and then use it

Yes and no. It is a halogen floodlight, so there is NO ballast. You will have to buy a bulb (60-90dollars) and a 150w ballast (110-160). People in the diy forum could help alot more.
