Please tell me what the big round leaf is on the right, and if I should keep it in my reef tank or not (I kind of like it). Also, how do I get rid of that grassy **** on the top of my LR?

photo's not too clear, and the specimen is pretty young.
Still, it looks to be Avrainvillea sp, but its attachment to hard substrate means it's also likely Udotea sp.
hth,
horge, en route to God knows what's out there...

I'm guessing that it is halimeda (money plant). It eats up some calcium, but otherwise is a pretty good reef resident.
Not sure what the other algea is by the pic. Do you have a tang?

No tang. My tank is a 7 gallon nano, so I can't get a tang. I will probably just start trying to remove it by hand.... Any other suggestions on removal?
Snails ate all of mine which hacked me off because I liked the look of it.
