Finally ordered 180.

I finally ordered a custom glass 180 from Steve at CRS Aquatics. Front pane Starphire and euro bracing. Steve suggested we could just load this sucker in the back of my SUV. I slid in a piece if plywood cut to the base size and it just fit into the truck. However this tank will be 500+ lbs if I remember right. How did you folks with large tanks move them into place?

Hey ,Nick here I have a 180 and it ways a ton . I used flat dollies to roll it in place and it took 5 people to actually lift it off the truck and to lift it up on to its stand ,there a real ***** to move.If you need any help let me know ,maybe we can get a bunch of us to help you out.

Hey Nick,
Did you use your own truck and friends to move your 180 or did you rent the truck and dollies. Thanks for the help offer, if that could be arranged that would be great. Maybe I could just pick up the tank the day of the next meeting. Steve claimed a 14 day turn around but of coarse I am not counting on that.
