I don't think so, nothing in a standard size.
Here's a link with dimensions...

I think your going to have to a custom tank built if you you want a 4' front and more than 55gals and less than 75gal.

...and a tank so narrow that a DSB wouldn not work.

Hmmm... I checked with All Glass and Oceanic, and they don't offer one. The 65 gallon tank is 3 feet long. You may want to talk to someone who builds custom acrylic tanks. You could put together a tank that is roughly 65 gallons and make it 4 feet long, 2 feet deep, and ~14 inches high. Or, 4 feet long, 18 inches deep, and 18 inches tall. That'd probably make a nice tank.

Will I regret getting a 58 gal. RR instead of a 75 gal. RR?

Get the biggest tank you can afford. You'll want to upgrade in a year anyway, and bigger tanks let you do more, and are much more stable, water chemistry-wise.

Ok, what do you suggest for a 75 gal. reef ready? Just go with Oceanic? What all will come with this? What else do I need to buy as far as a sump/refugium goes?

Oceanic also makes a 60g in a 48" tank. But if you have the wall space for a 48" tanks why not go for the gusto and get a 75 or a 90? I just couldn't fit 48" in so I got a ViaAqua 40" tank. Way cool, I like it...but wish I could have fit the extra 8". My ideal reef would be 48X24X24...then I could aquascape!

That's what my next tank is going to be. I'm currently trying to get an All-Glass 120 RR shipped down to me. They aren't cheap here in Canada, but that two feet of depth is oh, so nice.

Yes there are tanks bigger than a 55 and smaller than a 75.

A 60 gallon tank is what you want, 48 x 15 x 18

That size tank is made by tenecor. www.tenecor.com

There is also a 65 gallon tank 48 x 18 x 17 that is made by glasscages www.glasscages.com

glass cages also make a 70 thats 48 x 24 x 13.

 I'm not sure that they still make them but I have a Great lakes 65 gal. 48" x 12" x 26" tall! The mfg. tag on the bottom is 1992? I got it used a couple years ago. It's made out of 1/2" thick glass, with a internal glass overflow pre-filter box with two 1" bulkheads through the back of the tank. I havent seen any new tanks like it? At least none with glass that thick for it's size. The tank weighs well over a 100lbs empty!
