Bullseye Puffer?

Saw another post on sharp nose here, so thought I would post and ask any information on Bullseye Puffers?

There is hardly ANYTHING or information on them?? Why?

Puffers in general are not considered reef safe. Most of the users here have reef tanks. You might be able to get more info in one of the fish forums like
