Where should I get the water for my skimmer, and where do I return it?

Just wondering where I should feed my skimmer from, the overflow, the ist chamber of my sump/fuge, or the last chamber of my sump/fuge. Also where should I return the water from the skimmer? Should it go to the main tank return, 1st chamber of sump/fuge or last chambet of sump/fuge

I take mine from the start of the sump and return just after so it still gets filtration before going back to the tank.

Same here. I get mine in the sump and part of it goes throught the refug.:D

I also agree with them. Here is my setup:

I skim from the sump and return to the same area the skimmer intake is at. This way I reduce mirco-bubbles into the return lines (and pump) back to the tank. I had it configured on the other side of the baffle and the bubbles became a real PITA to reduce... :D
