I had this problem a whiel back when all my astrea snails started falling off the glass.....

are yours trying to get up and moving again or are they just lying there dead?

Check your pH. I notice my snails start to get sluggish and fall if the pH gets higher than 7.5

Do you mean lower than 7.5? Ideally, PH should float around 8.1-8.2. I find the range of PH in my 75 gal to be from 7.92 - 8.27 (pinpiont PH monitor over a 5 month period).
