lighting advice please

i am thinking of ordering my lights from petsupplyliquidators.com. they have a 29" PC hood with 3x55 watt bulbs for $210.00. this sounds awfully cheap to me, has anyone had bad experiences with them? i want to be sure that i am not going to get ripped off. also i am planning on putting a 29 inch hood on a 30 inch tank(20 long), will this be ok or is the 1 missing inch going to give me problems? thanks!

I have never purchased from petsupplyliquidators, however IMHO you ususally get what you pay for. In regards to the hood, what type of hood are you talking about? Glass for the top of the tank or a hood that you slide over the top of the tank to hide the lighting or a lighting fixture? Yes you will have a problem for the first two, no if you are talking about a lighting fixture.
