Just curious why some of the corals look like dead skeletons? Anyone know why?

Sean,
Cool pics. Did you take them?
Okay, I've gotta ask....Are the last 4 pictures "simulated corals"? (for lack of a better word) :)

Yes I took the photos. I have more but didn't put them on that page, I'm saving them for a possible future presentation.
Begs the age old question...Is it real or is it memorex?
Yeah this is the latest release of the Natures Image line. They just received them prior to my visit. Apparently their pretty good if you have to ask. :D

Well, I was pretty sure... :) At first I was thinking how awesome the color was on that clam. Too bad it's not real. Oh well...I guess it's the unkillable clam. I wonder how they deal with coralline and stuff growing on it.
I remember how much fun I had w/my freshwater tanks taking all the d@Mn plants out and cleaning them once a month. That's something I DON'T miss!
C ya tomorrow night.

I'm supposed to clean my plants?
I thought the hair algae was like having free plants growing in the tank. Really, my rosey barbs and otos have done a heck of a job taking care of the algae on the plants.
