My cheap dosing pump just croaked!!! I am dosing RO/DI water into a Kalk reactor and into the sump. I am leaning towards the Leiutenant http://www.innovativeaquatics.com/products/lieutenant.html
since it is so much cheaper than everything else I can find. Does anyone have any experience with this pump? Any other ideas?

I've got one and like it. The only cavaet with it, in my opinion, is that you can't put it on a timer; it has to run all the time.

When it looses power, it resets to 0.

ouch...thats not good. I have mine on a timer to run only at night.
When it resets to 0, does that mean it is not pumping anything?

Since I don't always have them in stock, they're not on my site, but right now I DO have some digital pumps available that will work on a timer. (Innovative Aquatics is my web site). So that I can comply with Reef Central guidelines, please email me for details (Stan@Innovativeaquatics.com).
