I have a 3 month old tank that when the rock was first put in, had all of these shutes sticking out of it.
Those shutes have turned into a whole lot of brown seaweed.
Pros:lots of ampipods and copepods
:eats almost all nitrates
Cons- Looks hideous.

Any advice on what I should do....get rid of it, keep it, ??????

If its brown with little dingleberries next to the leaves, my guess is sargasm, in my tank it went away on its own at around the 7-8 month mark.

It has these "seed" looking things just below the leaves.
I have plucked alot of those, thinking those were seeds for spawning.

Actualy, if Im not mistaken, the "seeds" are full of air, the plant uses them for bouyancy to keep itself vertical, it spreads from the root mass, I thought they were kinda cool looking...
