Crab ID... eradicate or celebrate?

I caught this little guy out of pure chance. If anyone can ID it that would be great...

He's about 4mm across.

Hi,

It is a small xanthid crab. As adults xanthids are typically about an inch or two across. The eat whatever they can tear up, crush or shred. They are carnivores.
