Ampmaster 2100 on 90 gal.

After much research (especially on quiet operation) I've decided to go with an Ampmaster return pump on my new 90 gallon reef tank. Any thoughts on using the 2100 model on this? I've heard great things about the 3000, but it seems like a bit of overkill.

I was going to buy an Iwaki pump, but have heard nightmares about the sound.
