My tank is BB 135 with closed loop using a spraybar along the bottom and i've put back in a 2600 seio facing front glass, two small seio's one facing down and other toward the far side of the tank, plus a pwr head 1200 facing front glass. I'm not getting enough flow with just the loop for sps frags.
looking at tunze pumps. There are controllable and non models. Been looking at used and new from marinedepot and reef exotics so far. Do i need a controllable one? And what about the vortech and any other brands? I'm looking for information at this point, a friend of mine has the vortech's and her polyp extension is great.
I don't want to spend a lot, but the money i've put in pwr. heads and the seio's i could have bought a tunze new. Especially since i've got three seio's not working now.
