i got guitar hero III, played it for about 5 hour total today, already beat it on medium. i havent played video games in literally years, but i asked for GH3 this year, and cannot stop playing!

i got a few gas cards, probably 60 dollars to dunkin donuts, which will last a week, or two if im lucky ;)

then about 400 dollars from some relatives, 200 is going to a used aquacontroller jr./PH probe, the other 200 is going to the bank

then i got a crapload of chocolate.

yes, very. i'm expecting that i will spend quite a bit of time there in the coming year. there's a large viewing window into the 500k gallon tank in front of which i sat for about an hour the first time i went there. looks like i'll be spending more than that now :D

I hate people that start playing guitar because of guitar hero. They're all like "DUUUUUDE!!!! I can play smoke on the water on guitar!!!!" and i just think to myself "That is literally the first song you learn to play on guitar."

heh, my cousin's sister in law brought guitar hero over on thanksgiving and she and i ended up playing that game until around two in the morning.
