Lumpy Tang

I didn't notice it in the LFS tank but when i got my Hippo Tang home it had a lumpy belly on both sides, its breathing fine, swimming happily, eating well, what could be wrong with him? is there anything i can do. I took about 45 shots last night trying to get pics but hes so small and fast

same here, I bought one 2 weeks ago. I think it's just the food in there. he eats like crazy
