??culturing phytoplankton??

i have placed a order for live Nanno448,Tetra448 and Iso448 phytoplankton aswell as some phytofert
i plan on culturing all 3 types to make some cash and to help out local reefers cuz live phyto is rare and really expencive here i town

i just have a couple qurstions about growing it
1 what colour temp should my bulbs be?
2 i know live phyto can be kept 1 month,but is that 1 month from when the culture starts or goes in to the fridge?
3 how long should my lights be on for max growth?
