Maybe some red slime algea with an air bubble in it?

Yep, I think your right. It was not hard. I used a turkey baster and it came off very easily. Luckily it was right there at the top of the tank. Light probably had somethign to do with it too.

I should also note, it appeared on a new frag, on its open wound.
