This gal has been with me since the begining. She has survived a jump out of the tank, a half flooded room and some really poor tank condintions in the begining.. I'll really miss her.:(

Man - 6 years old. Obviously you did something right. I'm sorry to hear she passed. Maybe there's a tiny clownfish out there, waiting to be adopted!

RIP!

Replace her with a nice small one if there is a survivor. Maybe he'll do go through a sex change for you and you'll never notice the dead one. Just kidding, I have had most of my fish for 3 years now so losing one would probably be like losing my dog.

Yup, replacing them is fine, but you never get the same personality twice. That's what pics and memories are for.

sorry to hear that, how long do clowns usually live for? I have had mine for about 3 years now and its a beast (3-4 inches).

I understand. this wasn't some "must have been collected with cyanide" gone in a month deal that you really never got settled in with.

i'm kind of bumming too. Bowser is acting really stupid and hardly will come out of his rock (Royal Gramma. He will be 15 years old sometime in a couple months. I've owned him since fall of 1993 )

It's a stupid f'n fish, BUT hard to recall what NOT having Bowser is like. I need to take pics before I'm saying "I shoulda took some pics".

Sorry to hear that. I even got attached to the fish from hell, the blue velvet damsel. It was 10 years old when I sold it with the tank...and a fish that is the 'personality' of the tank the way a clown can be, that's a sad loss. I know I'd really mourn my ywg, and he's only 2.

I think she was around 1 or 2 years old when I got her. She was around 4".. Last week she developed pop eye and look like she was going to come out of it. Then yesterday, I noticed had she stopped eating. Her mate died last year. That little bastard was always trying to hook up with her.
