Black Ocellaris vs. Bristleworm

My male black clown picked a fight with a bristleworm and got a face full of spines. He looks like an old man with a white beard, and he had a little trouble eating this morning.

Will the spines just come out? Can I do anything to help the little guy through his time of trouble?

He will be fine, I had my clown do the same thing. It just takes a minute for the spines to fall out.
