Crab Tank

I was thinking about starting a 30-40gallon tank for 4-5 inch crabs. Such as a couple blue crabs. I haven't been able to find anyone who has been trying this. This would house common salt/brackish crabs. Also having an external filter drilled through the back of the aquarium. Any thoughts, or suggestions?
