Filtration Help!

I am currently setting up a 15g Nano and am thinking of putting in a small BTA that will be moved when bigger and 2 clowns for it. Will i need a skimmer or would just a heater and a filter suffice along with regular water changes. Also would 56w T5 lighting be enough for a BTA in a 15 gal

I had condy anemone in 10g under 72W PC and now under 70W MH - PC wasn't enough.

Will be skimmer necessary or not - you will see, how your tanks handles bioload. Skimmer will remove dissolved organics and some of particulates.

I had 1 small percula clown in 10g in the same tank for an year, with 2 small HOB power filters with filter floss.
