I am researching this right now, and it seems the answer is the Deltec if you have the HQI open top. It's $297, and only deltec usa sells it direct, unless you can find a used one.
I however, will most likely be going with the Octopus BH100, its only $100 and people have had good success with it.

I should mention I don't have the HQI. I've got the 2x32W PC.
Just keeping softies and LPS.

The Euro-Reef nano skimmer that is coming out, looks like it is going to be an awesome skimmer. Either that or I would check out www.premiumaquatics.com

I run mine skimmerless, have a AC Modded Fuge, slowed the flow, and filled with Chaeto, Weekly 2.5g WC's, and its trouble free. It is lightly stocked, 2 clowns, with careful feeding, and plenty of scavengers.
The key to success is water quality, even with a skimmer, i would advise doing weekly or Bi weekly WC's
I like the fuge, works great, No Nitrates, Nitraites or PHos, I use RO/DI
