I have a 20 gal cube. Currently stocked with a jawfish and a small gsm clown. I want one more fish that is colorful. Sixline or Pygmy cherub.....any others?

If you don't have any corals or if you do and are willing to take a chance of them being picked on--then get the angelfish! They are beautiful to watch and have more personality than clowns.

Sixline wrasse is a very good choice too and reef safe.

Nay on the pygmy cherub. They may be small but they need swimming space lengthwise, 3 ft long tank minimum IMO. Royal Gramma is colorful but may be too shy and may become an *** to your jawfish.

I had a Coral Beauty angel in a 29 and he had enough room.

maybe so,but is still think that angels(even pygmy and dwarf) need a lot more space than a 20 even than perhaps a 29..

you should get a carpenters wrasse they're prettier than a six line and not as aggressive...

4 lines look great if you want to spend the extra cash.

Severum,

Have you got another fish yet?

Smaller dwarf species of angels from the centropyge family should be fine in your tank. I would also consider dartfish - ie. firefish, bar gobies, scissortail gobies. They're very peaceful, and they tend to be out and about most of the time. They do have a tendency to jump...so make sure you have a hood or something

Cherub.

Tank minimums for certain fish is overrated.
