Do you have any reason to think not? Are your fish hanging around your filter returns or gasping at the top off the tank? I guess you could get a dissolved oxygen monitor if you're that concerned. With your sump, skimmer, filters, and powerheads I'd imagine you're OK. Your fish will usually let you know though.

Thanks
I was only wondering because i have a Tang doing some heavy breathing. All others are not but it was a concern of mine, that there may not be enough oxygen in the tank. He's pretty fat ,maybe he's just over weight lol

You could direct one of your pumps to create some surface agitation -- if the tangs breathing changes fairly quick for the better then you may have good reason for concern. A 220 is a big tank and oxygen is something definitely worth considering -- in fact if you don't already have one, I'd suggest a backup air pump just in case of a power failure. Marine Depot sells them cheap, they kick in when the power goes out.

Well the aqua clear 500 and 300(300 in sump) do move the water at the top of the tank (their hang on the back filters) Is that enough or think i need more ?

I couldn't tell you. The AQ500 is a powerful pump, and with the sump and the fact that your other fish seem OK, I'd think you'd be OK, but why risk it? It won't hurt to pick up an oxygen test kit from your LFS or online. Salifert, Red Sea and Tetra make them. I'd grab the Salifert one. F&S has them for $18.

IMO, you don't have enough flow. Your only at 10x tank volume and tangs like high flow. IF you have the money I would go with a Vortek pump and get your flow up. Are you having problems with alge?

With the Mag 24, the two Seios and the filter, I get about 5300GPH ~ 24x flow. (?)

It's a matter of opinion somewhat I guess, but I'd think you'd be fine at 24x... Get the oxygen test and see where you stand :)
