I've got a 29 gallon fresh water tank and it has been running for a couple months now and I just added some new fish and for the third time the ph is going yellow on the chart again.

What can you do to keep it down. I've been doing water changes almost every week and it's still going up.

Unfortunately fresh water is not really our forte around here, and "going yellow on the chart" tells us nothing (even were it salt water), what is the corresponding PH, what is the ph of the water you are adding with your water changes?

More water motion breaking the surface could potentially allow more CO2 to dissolve in the water, thus lowering it (assuming lowered CO2 levels is a contributing factor that is). take a cup of tank water test the ph, then run an airstone in it for an hour or so and then retest the ph to see.
