Can any body give me some body give me some advice on how long to mix my water before doing a water change. I will be mixing about 20 gal. at a time. Thanks

What i do is... put RO water in a 20 gallon container and add the salt... then I use a wood spoon to mix until the visible salt grains dissolve... then i put a big airstone, heater and powerhead and leave for 3 to 6 hours (sometime overnight depending on how urgent is the water change), then check the SG and temp and thats it... ;)

at least 24 hours is a general rule of thumb, and up to temp to match your tank.
