If he really big then watch him. They could eat fish if hungry enough.

mine is at least 2-1/2" now. making havoc in the tank, actually moving the corals where he wants them. sometimes I am missing corals for a few days, and find them in the back corner of the tank

Eat fish when he's hungry?......hardly.lol
Mine is huge and sleeps all day under a rhodactis mushroom.
Around actinic time he comes out and feeds on what's left of my bubble algae and cleans under the rocks.
Suggestion:
If your Mitrax is moving corals......glue them down.lol

stingythingy45,
when I try to use the 2 part epoxy, sometimes it works and sometimes it dosen't. Not sure why. What kind do you use?

I use Marineland 2 part epoxy.
It's green on the outside and white on the inside.
You work it till it's all white.Use a turkey baster to blow the area you want to attach to on the LR first.Use quite a bit and work it into the crevices. Then take your frag plug or LR rubble and push it into it and twist it a little. Then leave it alone,it you move it while curing it wont stick.I just stuck down a rather large Toadstoll that I got from a fellow reefer.I'll put the picture in my gallery.

Good Luck...

SO THATS HOW YOU DO IT!
I have been doing it wrong the whole time. I have a med. size acan., that need to be secured. I'm doing a water change tomorrow. I'll let you know how it works.
