Anyone know what this stuff is? Have a few of them on 1 piece of rock in my tank. Is this something i should remove? I've ripped it out once before and it grew back. It grows rather slowly.

sounds like aptasia

not bad and not good...just a pest

Yeah i was thinking that's a possibility but it doesn't look like any pictures of aiptasia that i've seen.

that is a foraminiferan, harmless filter feeder.
