does the reactor have to be running 24/7 and when does the phosph need to be changed??????
how about the carbon reactor? doesnt the carbon elevate ur nitrates????

You should run the phosban reactor 24/7. Change the media every 4 months (ish).
Change your carbon every 4 weeks if you are using good quality media (some say 6 weeks)

actually you should change the GFO every month.
the carbon is in debate some say every week. but alot still go for 1 month.

Carbon will not reduce your nitrates.

I was told that the carbon if left or used alot your nitrates will elevate.-
