Can an increase in Ozone kill ich, or other parasites ? lets say an ORP of 450-500 ?

Surely it would only kill a % of the parisites when they are in their free swimming form, its not likely to kill all of them as its dependant on them being drawn through the chamber.

The Ozone reactor has a higher ORP than 450, and as the water is mixed with the aquarium watter it drops to 450. My question is in the aquarium that the ORP is 450, will the parasites be killed ?
