I have a 110 g tank with about 150 lbs of LR, a 4 inch DSB and keep mainly LPS...
I purchased this system off of somebody who was getting out of the hobby. It came with a 6 inch Regal Tang, a Yellow Tang, a green Mandarin, a 4 striped Damsel, a Flame Angel and 2 False Clowns.

The system is infested with Pyram snails. They are EVERYWHERE! Although I don't have any clams now, I would like to get some in the future. I have read that 6 line wrasses MAY eat them. Would you consider the tank overstocked with fish or could I put one or two in without any issues. If I have to get rid of a fish or two I will, but would prefer not to. What is the formula (if any) to determine if you are overstocking?

Thanks

You will get a different answer from everyone about what is considered overstocking. Personally, I think you have room for one or two more. Try to plan your tank so that it can handle the bioload AFTER your fish become full grown.

What kind of skimmer are you using?

The skimmer is the answer the more water it can handle the bigger the bio load you can maintain
