My female perc has not been eating for the past 2 weeks.

Is that an indication of sickness?

Her usual diet is shrimp, scalops, formula 1, silversides soaked in selcon.

The only thing she is eating right now is flakes, is there anything I should be doing?

How long have you had her? What are the water parameters like? What other tankmates do you have?

I've had her for 3 years, tanks mates are fire goby & purple goby. Recently added GBTA & yellow tail damsel a month ago; they all get along, the female perc chases the damsel every now and then. Male Perc is eating fine, female eats shrimp but spits it out.

55 g mixed reef
Parameters 0 Ammonia ,N02,NO3, PO4
ALK 10dKH ,Ca 400
SG 1.025

Well my guess is that if she were sick, she wouldn't be eating the flakes at all either.

do you suppose the damsil might be stressing her out?

In all likelyhood, yes. Especially if she is gravid and is trying to lay eggs. Have they ever bred for you?

Not yet but constatly hosting each other and other corals such as xenia, leather coral and BTA.
I guess I'll continue with the flakes and hopefully she will go back eating the regular diet again.
